Saint Teckla Celebration
September 24th is Saint Teckla day and in the holy island of Patmos is celebrated with a panigiri on the islet in front of Agriolivadi beach, located between Skala and Kampos village.
From there you will find a fisherman boat that will take you there to attend the Vespers.
It's much more authentic panigiri (religious celebration) than those that take place in summer when too many people attend just to eat and dance overlooking the religious aspect of the celebration which is the one that matters.
